6:25 Idk, maybe I think differently, I know everyone is different 🤷‍♀️ But if there was a single father living next door to me, who is working 12-15 hour days and STILL can barely make ends meet, who had a little girl who had no mother, had no toys to play with, and spent 90% of her time away from the only family she has, her dad, and I was watching her, I wouldn’t be keeping track of all the “stuff her father owes me”, especially when I’m married to a husband whose family owns a construction company, I’m able to be a stay-at-home mom, and I’m collecting welfare on top of it. I know Lindsay and T.J. were not well-off by any means, but they weren’t nearly as in dire of a situation as Jason and Hannah were. I wouldn’t be upset about throwing her clothes in our wash when I’m already washing my own kids’ clothes anyway, or giving her a plate of food when I’m already making a meal. I mean how much food could a 30-lb. toddler consume? So I bought her a costume, or a toy, or a shirt at Walmart, whoopty doo? 🙄 I’d just let it go, I wouldn’t mind. I’d be happy to help when I could. The last thing I’d want to do is pile more pressure on them, and I’d be happy to give a little girl who has nothing a few nice things to have, or a bath, or some food, or clean clothes. Idk maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how I would handle it.

When I saw the photo of the bruising on her neck it is so obvious to me…..She was clearly being held by her face. Most likely when she was sitting on the toilet that was covered in ketchup… Lindsay was holding her face with one hand tight wide across her jaw I can picture it.
The whole catch-up thing bothered me because anybody who’s had experience with a toddler knows that ketchup that Lindsay said she was squirting in the toilet… You know that ketchup is all over the seat the floor etc...

Less than 3 minutes. That does not make sense. She did lie on the stand a few times. But the dads lies were very off. Forgot he had a friend sleep over and that he took him home yet the friends suit case was still at his house. He waited till the trial over a year after the investigation was over to tell the sheriff? Come on. You did see the house pics that little girl lived in right. No toys for her but a couple. No sheets on the bed. He is going through a divorce he had custody. I just believe they may have the wrong person. There is enough reasonable doubt here to at least have a hung jury.

And Lindsay wanted her to shut up and that is why she started to shake her and drop her and shake her again. It's enough to shake a baby/ toddler for 10 seconds for the child to die. Lindsay said she shaked her aggressively for 1 minute straight and Hannah's head flipped back and forth. Try to shake your head aggressively for only a few seconds and you will see how awful it is gonna feel. Then imagine a small child being shaken even worse than that for a period of 1 minute.

I’m am sorry for your loss. I hope you took good care of yourself. Women need time to heal. This woman was deeply resentful and unhappy. She kept pretending Everything was fine when clearly it was not. Maybe if she had taken the time to grieve and heal this could have been avoided. I’m not saying what she did was right. It was horrific. I’m only saying if you walk around hiding how you feel, never dealing with your problems they can burst out in the worst way imaginable.

That’s exactly the comment I just left! $35 for watching a toddler for TWELVE hours?! That’s crazy!

She was overworked, overwhelmed, and underpaid. Plus her husband didn’t pay attention to her

Tinafish123 I bet TJ is really glad his uncle “forgot” to get the marriage license now!
TJ....find a good woman to help to raise those girls and start fresh. Cut ties with the evil woman. Her daughters can look her up when they are 18yrs if they want to then.

What just happened here!!! Did lindsay not understand the prosecutor was implying she believed she could do all these physical things so DID do them. I think this defendant gets easily flustered and then doesn't fully comprehend the question or its implications so just starts agreeing with everything.

She did seem very unaware of what she admitted to, under cross examination. Her matter of fact demeanor was odd...how could she think those abusive acts against a child, were in ANYONE'S eyes, ok?

She simpers and agrees with adults who confront her, because all her rage and hate is reserved for defenceless little children.

what on earth can anyone slap someone across their face? No one else, even their parents. How could it happen to just "babysitter" doing that physical behavior? omg..
