There's nothing better than having the most supportive mom/dad, knowing they're willing to give you every opportunity to express yourself & do what you love. We are so blessed! I thought I couldn’t get over how much Duncan looks and talks like Jacob, but in this video he had the same facial expressions that Bailey did when she was his age! It’s such a blessing to have been able to watch your kids grow and seeing the similarities between each kid but also how they’re so amazingly different! ❤️
The kids being sad Annie was over broke my heart in the best way. Those kids are so amazing, the way they all went into it with 100% pride and happiness make me so happy to see I want to a boarding school with theater playing a big part and I so recognize the feeling of sadness that it is over but pride in the result. Can’t wait to see what is in the future for all those talented kids cause it will be big.
It’s truly amazing to me that Duncan as a 2.5 year old knows the words to seemingly every song in the show. Very impressive memory and speech abilities for such a young one! My heart breaks for Bailey seeing her tears over the show ending, but she is going to do so many more shows and go so far. I wouldn’t be surprised if she lands on Broadway in the next couple of years. Annie will always be special to her as her first lead role. ❤️

Bailey! Oh my goodness, I have SO been there! Post-show-depression is the WORST! You forget what it's like to have free time and you are bored once you have it! You're up on stage singing the last number and you think "this will be the last time singing with this cast", and you just want to BAWL your eyes out. I have so so SO been there. But, like your dad said, this is only the beginning! You are such an amazing and talented young women. Without a doubt you will do more shows. Bailey! Oh my goodness, I have SO been there! Post-show-depression is the WORST! You forget what it's like to have free time and you are bored once you have it! You're up on stage singing the last number and you think "this will be the last time singing with this cast", and you just want to BAWL your eyes out. I have so so SO been there. But, like your dad said, this is only the beginning! You are such an amazing and talented young women. Without a doubt you will do more shows. So proud of you, keeping going you little broadway star! ❤✨

Well done Bailey on showing so much strength in your vulnerability. It's always tough to end a show. You put so much time, love and effort into it and make close friends, and have so much fun and then it closes. The tears show that you've invested your heart into it, which is brave to do in and of itself! As your dad said, "It's just the beginning!"

I don't normally cry during videos (or anything really) except for maybe when a new baby is born and the siblings are meeting their new brother or sister, but Bailey coming out all teary and hugging her father after the show, man, that definitely got me tearing up!
