The fruit here is so fresh you usually should eat it within a day. Because it hasn't been manipulated for shelf life like the fruit and veggies in the USA.
It just cracks me up every time you get food in a bag and then you comment on it "todo la comida en borsa!" I guess because we're so not used to eating food out of a plastic bag in the U.S. and for Nicas it's their way of life 🤣
