Thanks for yet another informative video.
Still waiting on my freebie so i can put all that knowledge into practice lol :-)
Maybe one day I will be on one of your courses and learn from you in person.
In reality I am sat here at home as I have no work due to Covid 19.
As I mentioned in one of my previous comments on your videos I would love to get into carpet cleaning business.
Just wondered what your take is on the current situation and also how cleaning carpets using a pro carpet cleaner can help fight this virus?

Thank you for the comment :) we'd love the opportunity to meet you.
As far as Covid -19 is concerned, we're seeing an increase in commercial work and a decrease in domestic. It Seems like most people aren't even letting trades people into their homes however they do want the offices and schools etc cleaned. We've actually written a blog with some marketing ideas to try and help those that are struggling. I will leave a link to the Blog below.
In the blog we've also talked about the 'after boom'. After the Covid-19 pandemic we believe the industry will be booming due to all of the sanitation and disinfection cleans everyone is going to want.
Our clients are using strong specialist biocidal disinfectants suitable for hard surfaces and carpets. The products themselves should deal with it, although we're not claiming at this time that these products will kill Covid-19, but professional carpet & upholstery cleaners have the added benefit of rinsing these specialist disinfectants with hot water. This should at least help stop the spread of the virus.
Thanks again for your comment :)

If you are looking at airflow, increase your plumbing and vacuum hoses to 2" together with a 2" wand.

Hi, Thank you for your comment. , no we don't have any distributors in US. Unfortunately we don’t currently supply the US, the 120v supply in the USA is unsuitable for our equipment which requires 230 V. This is something we’re looking into and we hope to enter the US market in the near future, would you like. If you e-mail sales@texatherm.com our team will put you on our USA waiting list to be contacted once the product becomes available. Thanks

I have got an EMV201 but with the old Motors and it seem to Lack Power to get a carpet dry easy, should i upgrade my vac Motors to the new ones? What are the differences between the old and new motors? Maybe you can make a video about that.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Yes, the demonstration is with our new standard vacuum motors. It could be the case that the machine you have needs a service, please feel free to give us a call and we can talk you through some checks you can undertake that could result in improving your airflow. All of this being said, we have increased airflow by 30% with the new vacuums and you're able to swap you're old vacs out for new in about 10 minutes with our plug and play system. We can also have the new vacuums shipped out on a next day.
