@@ocelot_zz I do not mind you like older cars, everyone has its tastes, but unfortunately objectively newer cars are better than older, a third gen stock miata handles like a second gen with suspension mods, and a fourth gen is even better than a third gen weighting less, there are many and many examples for this, tech advances whether we like it or not.

Specially brake bias and suspension, cause you make the car rotate on the hairpins without using much steering angle, which is incredibly difficult to do cause the weight transfer. Car control must be excellent to do such a thing. Congratulations.

a few ways. in the corners where the entry speed is fast and the revs are high, lifting off or trailbraking is usually enough to get the rear loose. in the lower speed, lower rpm turns like the tight hairpins of takigahara or happogahara, handbrake and/or shift locking is utilized to aggravate the rear. in certain cases like the winding corners after the skate park straightaway on akina downhill, and tsubaki line's switchbacks, ill clutch kick to transition the drifts and keep the weight shifting seamless from left to right.
I thought my time was too high but i got 5:06 so i guess not too shabby. Oh i just realized this is a different version than the one i did i think. The version i did is called ek akina and it is way better than the older versions.

buddy this is only 5 seconds slower then the rx7 world record in a older slower less capable car even with the tuning and adjustments this is fast as hell. Plus touge and time attack are completely different if the opponent in front is a good driver they can block you from passing especially on a narrow road akina having very few opportunities to pass with safety assured. The only way to win here from the rear is to watch for mistakes or find a way to fake someone out near the bottom
