I see the guy being impeached unless he represents the budget. He will still lose at the Supreme Court, and after the Supreme Court judgement he will be given 7 days to represent the budget or force impeachment
He will be out of office in the next one week trust me. They won't wait for a needless waste of time at the Supreme Court. Now that everyone is Shouting that BAT should intervene, they won't risk intervention, they will remove him before BAT comes back.

Those law makers are no longer law makers because they have decamped to the APC so what is the Nigeria judiciary doing about it
TVC always looks at one side of judgement. They put a blind eye on other outstanding cases on the same house of assembly who decamped from PDP to APC.
Have any of the TVC Anchors considered the fact that there are other court cases pending to determine the membership of those the Appeal Court wants Fubara to present the new budget to? Such cases might end up at the Supreme Court. The Apoeal court can not put legality upon illegality.
BKO please don't interpret the judgement, despite Fubara is expected to represent the budget.
