    I’ve received some items of terrible quality from LV. It surprises and frustrates me each time. I just don’t understand how these terribly made items get shipped out. It’s almost like there is no QA process!

      When I bought my PSM I noticed the strap had a popped stitch and they had the audacity to tell me that the strap was still fine🤨

    I bought the toiletry on chain December 2023 and my toiletry 26 was the same. One side of the leather tab was way longer than the other which made the bag super mis-shaped and I didn’t realize until I brought the item home. My second one was way better. I also want this set.       Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 years old. I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your friends! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don't want to spend so much money now, I have *condup* bought the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

    Replace it. I purchased mine online in the USA 🇺🇸 it was delivered about a week ago, mine are made in France, perfectly aligned 😅

    I had a bad experience in store. Not bad but shady. I was getting a small bag and they tend to bring out one that was returned or something because the stitching was kind of jacked up. I thankfully noticed and asked them to bring out 2 more so I could choose between the three. So just make sure in store too.

    I'm sorry that happened to you. I also noticed it as soon as you showed us. I just checked mine and fortunately, no problem and everything is aligned properly. I just bought it 2 weeks ago in Hawaii and was dreading how to handle if a problem because of the income tax difference there being much lower than California. I might mention I had QA issues *3* times with the Mono High Rise, ordered from their website when it was released, and gave up.. I bought one in Hawaii as it was perfect condition. I know they can have their issues too and lots of times it's hit and miss no matter where purchased or made. Good luck with your next 'trio.'

    I litterally just returned the trio toiletry pouch today because of quality issues. The issue I had was also w the larger pouch. Like your pouch, it also was not properly aligned when stitched, leaving an odd bend in the upper top corner of the front of the pouch when zipped. I saw it as soon as I pulled it out of the pouch...it was such a disappointment. Looking at it from the side, when zipped, the front side of the canvas was higher than the back side. I also ordered it online. Although I have 3 LV stores within 25 min from me, I've never really est a solid relationship with any of the SAs to trust that they have my best interest in mind. I often felt rushed and pressured to purchase. There was only one SA that I loved, but she has since left LV. Despite the quality issues, I will likely continue to order online.

    This has been getting worse for the last couple of years. I purchased the black side trunk, the one w the monogram imprinted on it. Its silver hardware....why did mine have 1 GOLD buckle? I returned it and tell me how the same thing was sent to me again? That got passed through twice at least!!! Thats almost a $4000 bag!! The closest store is 2 and a half hrs from me. So i just order from my SA instead of online...

    Ohhhh Lula! What a bummer! Mine has not imperfections at all (thanks goodness!) I don’t buy online for that reason, I feel they send the worst made ones, I rather shop at the store with my CA and always inspect the items. Definitely ask your CA if he has it and go and exchange it!
    Also I agree with you, it’s a great purchase and I think it’s still worth it. Thanks for sharing!!

    I always purchase in store and never online because I can personally check it myself. Sad you have to be careful with what you purchase now a days (not just luxury). Purchased my trio in store and Made in France. Keep us posted when you receive the new one.

    Thank you for pointing this out. I looked at mine carefully and on two of the pieces the canvas is very uneven. Thank goodness it’s still within 30 days and I haven’t used them yet, because they’re going back.

    I don’t have this piece, but back in october i ordered a metis east west in regular monogram canvas. I recieved a defected bag twice 🥲. First bag had what seemed to be a smudge on one of the flowers. Sent that bag back and received a replacement. The replacement had tiny scuffs on the vachetta leather that holds the d ring for the strap and chain. At first I felt I was being too picky, but for the prices the quality should be there. I also ordered that bag online. Thanks for insight lula!

    Definitely unacceptable at these prices or at any price if I purchase some thing, I want it to be perfect. I do love this trio. I have the old set so I will not be purchasing this trio, but I love the interior color.
    I’ve had quite a few quality issues purchasing online myself. I always shop through my essay or in person and that’s a great way to shop. Great tip Laura!

    I bought my set in store. They had several available so I asked my SA to choose the best one as I was interested in what he would look for. To my surprise it was bulging - and not seams - that was the first thing he checked. He pointed it out in one of the sets. Two sets were perfect and I grabbed one of those. All three sets were Made in France.

      Wow! You remember my wicker capucines 😊. I love wicker bags and I love Capucines bags so it’s a winner! I’m glad I bought mine last year as it has a braided handle and gold LV in front. The 2024 version does not have a braided handle and the LV is brown. But it’s a fun bag to use and there are not many of them around so it’s special without paying croc money.

    It's unforgiveable that the quality isn't checked before shipping! I have paused my purchases for the past 6 months due to lack of attention to quality, both online and in the store. Many SA's are making excuses for these issues, saying this is the "new normal" for the brand, in hopes you will buy it anyway. If the price hikes continue, I hope I can still afford luxury bags once the quality improves; however, in the meantime I've found some very nice, great quality brands as substitutes - I can get 2x3 times more for my money and will likely get more use out of these bags.

    Mine just arrived today. Made in France and mine are perfectly aligned so I guess I got lucky. I’ve had my share of defects with LV though and it’s so frustrating. LV is not the best when it comes to customer service in many of their stores.

    my trio has some minor issues. I just did a short on it. there’s some peeling of the glazing or residue of some sort and (not sure if this is an issue) the canvas at the bottom has a line on each side. this is only on the 26. I purchased in store and i’ve found it’s hard to see those details under the store lights. tbh, I have found the items I get online seem to be better quality than in store. I don’t know if the items in store get handled more or if the “good” items go to certain clients, but i’ve had to exchange several things in store now and I *really* don’t feel like exchanging the trio. basically because I hate feeling like a problem customer. I know that’s dumb, and my SA is always nice about it, but the whole point of buying in store is so you can inspect the item. I might as well just get it over with. I know it will bother me forever!

    Bought and received with no issues, myself. Love them.❤️ However when I couldn’t find a well made Speedy 25, the sa told me that it was because each piece is hand made unlike Coach, which is machine made therefore perfect every time?! I love Coach and Louis Vuitton, but LV has no excuse.

    Are these mistakes how we called < outlet items>? just wonder if anyone will buy it with reduced price? These are high end products, and I just thought they should be perfectly made… if not, why this price?       I’m glad to hear your set is in good condition! ❤️ you’re right, these items should be perfectly made! LV does not have any outlet stores, but they sell extra stock on 24S.com. They aren’t “outlet” items that are flawed, but rather leftover stock from previous seasons that didn’t sell.

    The cut of the bag itself is noticeable 😢..The quality of any of the high end bags are not made how they use to make them..
    It was said before Louis had his bags being made in China..

    Purchased the old version monogram toiletry pouch 26 (made in spain) on around 2020. However, I only used like a few times & there’s some strange tiny spots appeared inside the pouch. Along the inside lining near the zippers area have a light marks (probably caused by the zippers idk..). It has a strange smell too, probably the glue/ canvas used have changed compared more older pieces. Price of them is getting crazily high. This makes me not wanting to get LV anymore in the future & go for other luxury brands..

      That’s for sharing! I’m so sorry to hear you’re had that experience with your toilet pouch. That definitely shouldn’t be happening to your pouch, it might be worth having LV Repair Services take a look at it.

      Btw 1 more thing I forgot to mention, the stitching is not alined (little crooked) with the monogram logos somehow & has happened to other bags as well years ago.

    My denim remix pieces are not aligned on the bottom but they said it’s supposed to be on a diagonal. My denim otg had a similar issue with a terrible wrinkle on one side .i remember days when u did not have to inspect LV every piece was quality crafted. It’s unfortunate when paying these prices. Kinda a turn off.

    I absolutely prefer shopping in store!! I lived in NYC and had loads of LV boutiques to choose from. I’ve since relocated to Florida and don’t have an LV boutique for 100 miles so I have no choice now but to purchase online. It has become a stressful, disappointing unboxing experience. I never know what I’m going to receive! At least when you purchase in store, you know exactly what you’re getting. Online purchases has become a hit or miss and lately it has been more misses than hits so I’ve decided not to purchase anymore. Just curious if you know or could find out for me. LV recently released the Noa key holder. I absolutely love it except the blue color. I know with the Romy card holder they eventually released beautiful color options. Any information if they plan to do the same with Noa key pouch? I dislike the color that much that I won’t purchase it in that color option. I LOVE the key pouches that have the key clip. I’m one that attaches my key to it so I depend on it now in order to have everything in one quick and go piece. I love the Micro Pochette that has the key clip but sadly, I kept missing out on it! 😢 I missed out on the pink denim version that I loved! 😢

      Hi Monica! Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any other colors for the Noa key holder yet. There’s another Colormania collection releasing in November, so maybe in the collection? I haven’t seen any yet, though.

    Wow, I did spot it right away but thought it was due to the others being inside…but when you pointed out the other flaws, yes…totally flawed because of the way they pulled/tugged at the canvas. How dumb the seamstress didn’t notice the obvious distortion. Ugh 😑

    Man that’s crazy. I don’t understand how such a simple piece can be made poorly like that. That’s why I’m pretty much done with LV. I don’t understand how they can be so lazy in making these pieces. Zipper ends are left exposed and not even sewn in anymore. I can’t even use my double zip pochette because it will pill my clothes. And a lot of LV pieces have this same design. I must be the only one having this issue or something.

      Oh no I’m sorry you’re having that issue with your zipper! 😢 I have absolutely no proof of this, but I think the craftsmen may be pushed to work faster at the sacrifice of quality. Just look at how many new releases are constantly coming out…

    I returned my trio set to the store. The stitching on the TP15 was wonky. I’m hearing all trio sets are Made in France.
    All failed QC are unacceptable. It feel like a quick cash grab.
    I don’t care how popular these TP are. At $1500 plus tax it has to be perfect.

    I bought a wallet from NY LV at Saks fifth Ave. more than four years ago, it smelled good only like a week, and then it smelled stinky until now, i doubt that they sold me a fake one, I stopped using it after less then 5 times.

    I ordered mine online and when i opened the package i was shocked at how thin, flimsy and cheap they were!!! I also noticed the zipper was so cheap, it felt like plastic and the gold hardware was super light. I took it right back to a free standing LV store. Unacceptable in my opinion. I am 50 years old so lets just say, I have a few LV pieces from back in the late 1990's and the is NO comparison!!! All of my vintage and 2000-/2010 pieces are thick, quality canvas with beautiful finishes! This is why people have bought and loved LV for hundreds of years! I am applaud and will no longer buy LV unless they bring back quality which in this economy and the way our current world is, I doubt it.....

    Just sad. I just purchase a zip wallet. Zipper stiff, I can also see the floor through the bottom stitching inside:/. It was made in USA. My Paris makes are fine

    I ordered twice online (one was a speedy and one was a wallet) Both have quality issues and I had to return in store. Very disappointed. Can’t justify price vs quality. I’m not buying anything from LV at the moment.

    LV quality has been bad for a while. The gold hardware on the zipper pull tarnishes and the bright red lining (ie, speedy bandolier 25) fades before the bag becomes old. Stopped buying LV.
