我對歌詞有另外一種想法 !!

我看過的說法是: "我身旁的上游人士並不會理會中下階層的人"
1. swell當動詞是指膨脹，形容詞是腫脹、增強，也有了不起的意思
所以可以猜測當名詞可以是"重要人士"
2. we don't pick up peanut shells 泛指我們不會像一般中下階層的人
在戲廳內買包花生吃，甚至丟花生到台上以表達不滿
peanut gallery 就是指戲院最前排也是最便宜的位置，這名詞也是從這個現象來的
所以再次跟前一句話凸顯身分地位的差距
3. 加上後面劇情跟rewrite the star的背景，我覺得Phillip是重視身分地位的
所以把他的這個個性寫進歌詞裡，滿合理的
如果要表示得壯闊一點，可以說"但我的生活圈和你的生活相互背馳"
接到下一句"我還是將這機會留給你做吧"

peanut shells試指馬戲團團長 他的名子是P.T. Barnum 影片裡她女兒靠近跳笆雷舞的女生說她有一股peanut的味道,總之peanut shells的意思是在貶低他

phillip前段的歌詞本來就帶一絲覺得可笑的意味，雖然不是惡意但就是覺得barnum會找自己合作很荒唐，覺得像是一個無名小卒要找郭台銘（有錢又有名）合作的那種心情
是我的問題嗎？

那個酒吧老闆應該覺得很無奈
兩個人在他的店裡唱歌
還踩在他的桌子上跳舞
還要配合他們跳舞_(._.)_
我懷疑那個老闆根本是安排好的 沒看他都配合主角嗎

一個路人甲都可能會有功夫底子XD

老闆明顯經驗豐富，看他滑酒杯還能順手擦桌子，就知道狼叔一定在他那殺很多次價（誤
后面唱From Now On的时候也是这个Bar，有可能其实这是狼叔买下来的酒吧。而且牆上有他和他老婆的照片。
