Thanks for the video my speaker was not working after i connect to party box app and updated the speaker even the bluetooth was paired but the sound was not coming…. Guys don’t use the app and update the speaker.

@@AnneDemesa-r1w hi po baka battery problem napo nag oopen paba? Check mo ung software update sa application nya baka makatulong.pag hindi pa din baka need mo na siya ipa service.Paki update din ako sa result.pasuyo nalang din ako po pa subscribe po para madami pa tayu matulungan.salamat po
Is there another form to reset? The jbl turns on but then i cant turn off after that, or pair bluetooth or nothing. I tried this hard reset but it does not take.

And , after 2 weeks , it's back again , because Its have a Guitar Input , i Trying to plug my Cable , but its doesn't work. It still powered on , and i hear a JBL Startup sound. Just in unboxed my 310 party box and charged for 15 hours still won’t turn on power button lights up but immediately turns off the light only stays on for like a second it’s brand new just unboxed it today and charged it. What do I do?

The lights on the top control panels won't light unless you plugged a microphone or a guitar,or an instrument.Just try to plug from the inputs provided on the backside.

Ang bluetooth ay practically one is to one.Kahit multipoint pa ang isang device na nagsusuport ng bluetooth kahit 2 devices ang naka connect ung unang naka connect pa din ang mag fa-function.

It's only for the mic... when you plugged the mic it will turn on.. but it doesn't affect to speaker sound.

You need to remove ur music files outside the folders in your usb keep them free.Then choose the source and put it on Usb.
I have the music in folders and is working very well for me! But I updated to firmware 1.55 and no problems
Did you also know, that if you hold de play and Bass booster button together for about 5 seconds, you enable/disable the demo mode.

Try to reset your Partybox 310 first

Is it switching on? If yes then you need to do the reset.
Also choose the Bluetooth on the source

Seems a bit concerning to me.If its stays on for a bit at least you can do a reset.. Please contact the service center near you.

it lights only when dark ...auto sensor is always funtioning ...try to cover with your hand and it will work
