You Rock... Thanks so much for the amazing review! I know I LOVE our new EZ Stitch Floor Stand so it is great to see that others love it just as much as I do. Happy Stitching - Donnett!!!
Embroidery.com Cross Stitch + Hand Embroidery thanks Donnett! So grateful this floor stand came on the market when it did - just when I was looking. It’s brilliant and just like the lap stand did 4 years ago, the floor stand has made my stitching so much easier, enjoyable and faster!
Great review, Claire! As you’ll recall, your earlier review of the American Dreams Lap Stand is what convinced me to purchase it. It was a great decision for me. In fact, a while back there was a used one on Amazon Marketplace for $20 which I snapped up, so now I have 2 of the lap stands. The floor stand looks fabulous but really more stand than I need. I’m very happy with my lap stand. I’m sure your very thorough review of the floor stand will be extremely helpful to stitchers trying to decide what to purchase. I’m glad you’ve started back up making videos...I missed seeing you regularly. Happy stitching!
Oh thanks Tara! So glad to share my love of these products because they have enhanced my stitching so much! Thanks for watching Tara, my floss fairy :) xxxx another video coming tomorrow hopefully
That is a gorgeous floor stand. It looks really sturdy and I like how it attaches to the scroll frame via the side bars which makes everything nice and stable.
love this stand! I like the way you have adapted it as well. Makes it look less like a rack. I am looking at the lap stand now that i have just gotten back into stitching.
Awesome review. I did what you did. I got the E-Z Stitch Frame First. Now I want to get the lap stand. I would luv to have the Lap Stand. I.don’t have enough room to put the stand out in my bedroom. Love it though one of these days I will get it!!! Your room is so clean!!! Love your review thanks for all the great info on this!!!
Thank you for this review. I have had the table/lap stand from this company for years. I did not know they made a floor stand. i have been looking to purchase a floor stand and now I know what I want. I love that I can use my other scroll rods with this. I am converting my table rods to use the new e z velcro, since those rods have the webbing material. Thanks again.
yes this is a gorgeous floor stand , but in Canada its really pricey like $599.99 plus shipping and taxes. on my wish list. prices in 2023. awesome video truly.
I just bought a scroll frame similar to yours, just not as customizable as yours. But I have a question I'm hoping you'll have a good technique for. How do you start stitches and end them on this instrument? Do you twist it 180 degrees every time or is there a trick and an easier way to do it?
Thanks for posting this review!!! I'm eyeing this stand and was wondering what people thought of it and if it would work for me and my stitching spot (AKA my recliner :P)
Wow! This frame is amazing. I’m new to cross stitch, working on my first small project. It’s really fun. One day I would love to try to do a big project like you. Do you have any recommendations for frames, hoops, and supplies for beginners?
Minimalist Stitcher yes for me the way I have it set up the frame does rest on the arms of the recliner. There are so many options for how to adjust it I’d be surprised if you couldn’t get it to sit exactly where it suited you
OMG!! I think it’s my first time seeing a review of this floor stand! Thanks for the video :) !! May I ask how much it costed you in AUD plus shipping? Thanks in advance :)
Hi Grace, this is what I paid in US and the conversion to AUD as of today :) Obviously exchange rates change from moment to moment but you can easily check with Google. FLOOR STAND US$349.95 (AUD$491.71) SHIPPING $67.10 (AUD$94.28) GRAND TOTAL $417.05 (AUD$586.00) It pays to keep an eye on the exchange rate obviously, although I only paid $15 less than that back at the start of November. So you are roughly looking at $600 all up. I mean its not cheap, but as I say in the video it's an investment and I plan on using it every day, and it will never need replacing.
Thanks for the reply, Claire. I was watching your video while writing comment and I realised you mentioned the cost near the end of the video. It is not inexpensive so not an easy decision and I think this video was just so useful :) Thanks again!
I can only dream of having this. Pretty expensive :( Maybe I can convince my son & hubby to go in together and get it for Christmas :D A girl can dream can't she?
Absolutely love it! It’s so lovely to have it set up all the time so I can just sit down whenever I get a chance a stitch. Still very happy I made the investment :)
Excellent review! Thank you! It is 09/24. The Floor Stand is now about $500 in the US. I can’t wait to purchase it after watching your review! 😻

I was curious if you could sit in a recliner and use the stand, so thank you so much for answering that first off!
This exact frame is on my wish list. Great review, thank you.

It works perfectly for me on my recliner, I can kick up the feet and pull the stand right up to me. Very comfy
I would like to know how to make your frame guard?

Thanks for making this video! How low can you get your scroll frame when it’s on your stand? Does it rest on the arms of the recliner?
Minimalist Stitcher yes for me the way I have it set up the frame does rest on the arms of the recliner. There are so many options for how to adjust it I’d be surprised if you couldn’t get it to sit exactly where it suited you
it looks neat. Do you carry a 40" Frame? Thank you.

I am new to cross stitch where to you get your ground guard in the video cross stitch #44?
I made it myself! Lots of tutorials on RUclips how to do that, but there are lots of people who make and sell them too on Etsy etc
I can only dream of having this. Pretty expensive :( Maybe I can convince my son & hubby to go in together and get it for Christmas :D A girl can dream can't she?
How are you finding the stand one year on? I’m seriously considering purchasing one.
