If the rider was about 70-80kgs, do you think the tuned bike would hit 200km/h easily? i mean i know a few people have done it on stock bikes, but those bikes started struggling around 190-195km/h and topped out at 200 or 201km/h, would yours not struggle with a lighter rider?
We do need a dyno test, if its 48 wheel horse power, then its good, it would be like 52 crank hp. Also importing exhaust in india is foolish. 2 lakhs for exhaust on a bike worth 4 lakhs isn't sensible. Better to get an original exhaust while getting the bendpipe custom manifactured in india. Would atleast save 60-70 k
Tried all the manufacturing in the past on other bikes. I'm happy with the investment and I didn't want to wait so I imported it. There are affordable Indian brands of exhausts too.

Which exhaust is best for achieving a racing bike sound for aprilia rs457 ? I noticed that normal 200cc bikes produce a similar sound when equipped with an exhaust.

Putting M9rr hasn’t affected the handling? Added weight and upsizing of the tyre profile will definitely not be better than what the manufacturer has designed and fitted as oem right? Regardless how costly/better the tyre is
It works. But sometimes it's sensitive. If you keep foot is in constant contact with quickshifter. So you have to slightly move your foot away and then shift. And also it has to to be fixed properly. I was the first one to install it. Needed some adjustments to get the right setting.
Camera angle and clarity was good in last video but in this video somehow i feel it has dropped significantly in this one and even the angle is somewhat odd
Tuning is not just about getting the max power and top speed. Reliability also has to be kept in mind. Gabro has tuned it accordingly. Powertronic is still not ready for the 457

I have taken videos snaps from many channels like Sagar sheldekar and PD but they blur out in wallpaper home screen on my monitor.
First of all be polite to them. Never be rude or argue with them when you know you've done something that can get you in trouble. With everything they go through, they'd expect some respect. So be kind. Rest depends on how you convince them. Long exhaust cans like the one I have are not too loud. Short cans with full system are very loud and can be annoying for many hence more chances of getting into trouble. Keep the revs low and hold clutch to keep the sound levels as low as possible. Also cops search on Google and know what's stock and Aftermarket. Don't try to fool them. Just be polite.😊

Gabro tested with exactly the same set up that I have on the bike. Arrow exhaust and sprint air filter.

What about the issue of the bike tilting to left side when you leave your hands from handlebar ??
It's because of weight distribution. Dealership cannot sort it for you. Simple solution, hold onto the handlebar. 😊

Tuning is not just about getting the max power and top speed. Reliability also has to be kept in mind. Gabro has tuned it accordingly. Powertronic is still not ready for the 457
