- Czech Army to Receive Leopard 2A4 Main Battle Tank
Rheinmetall, a German defense conglomerate, has announced that the Czech armed forces will receive Leopard 2A4 main battle tanks and Buffalo armored recovery vehicles. The details were revealed in a media release issued on October 11, announcing that Rheinmetall will soon supply the Czech Republic with main battle tanks and other military hardware as part of the German government's "Ringtausch" equipment exchange program. This has now been contractually agreed upon by representatives from both countries and Rheinmetall in Prague.

@@saxoragnhildssn5443 Yeah and there is a plan to upgrade these twelve 2A4 to 2A7+ also.
Czechs will get 15 2A4s. They will be like "training" vehicles because Czechs use T-72s until now. Czech government will buy in next years over 50 tanks from Germany in 2A7 modification and thos 15 2A4 versions will be modernised to 2A7 aswell later.

Víte kolik stojí jejich aktualizace !!! ???? Lepší koupit nový tank než spolupracovat s Němci (Polský Leopard 2PL - renovace stála tolik co nový K2)
Můžeme využít nějaký ERA, to není tak drahé ale optiky budou
Jedna se o dar 15 kusu - ty sice bude nutno renovovat, avsak alespon se nase armada nauci je ovladat.. V roce 2023 je v planu koupit 50 - 120 zcela novych kusu
@@viktornovomestsky3999 Gratulujeme Leopard 2 a7 je super tank. Myslím tím pouze 2a4 Polsko tuto chybu nikdy neudělá tím, že přijme šrot, jehož renovace stojí víc než nový tank - zdravím
@@bogumibrzezinski8212 Upřímně myslím, že Polsko se s Německem jednoduše nedomluvilo, nebot' je příiš hrdé + počet 2a4 jež požadovalo bylo nad síly Německa... Přes hrdost PiS jednoduše vlak nejede... My budeme pravděpodobně nakupovat až 160 2a7, dle nového vyjádření Ministryně obrany Černochové...
