As underrated as Undercover was, it still has the essence of a Black Box NFS game. I loved it as much as the other golden era games like Underground and Most Wanted.
It´s insane, how can such beautiful song be so underrated, Just imagine driving your car, alone In the middle of nowhere, you floor the gas pedal right when it drops. NFSUndercover = Superior song choices
I'm in a room And there is something wrong I can't remember how I got here At all Her body's lying next to me On the bed This place smells of smoke And the alcohol on my breath I look at her to see if she's awake Her eyes are open She whispers: This empty love leaves us alone, (This empty love.) Don't make promises you can't keep. (Her eyes are open) I whisper: This empty love leaves us alone (This empty love) This empty love leaves us alone. (Her eyes are open) (Touch! Touch!) (Her eyes are open.) This empty love leaves us alone. I'm in a room And there is something wrong No one's lying next to me At all.
Yep. The menu music is incredibly inspired, helped me find such amazing acts as Innerpartysystem, Puscifer and Recoil. And the race music is kickass too. Someone at Black Box was a legend at picking songs 🤘
I really wish NFS Undercover got more love, I mean, I understand why it didn't, as it wasn't the best NFS game out there (that honor goes to Need For Speed Underground 2), but it's definitely in the top three. One of me and my family's old favorite things to do in the game is make the race-style "1" decal into a Monster Energy logo. The Autosculpt feature was definitely the best idea ever for the Need For Speed games. It's a shame that games like Hot Pursuit tainted the Need For Speed franchise by turning the game into a Burnout knockoff. Games like Underground and Undercover were amazing! Like if you agree with me here lol
Naw MW 2012 was the burnout ripoff. Hot Pursuit was just a modern take of NFS 3 and Hot Pursuit 2, the true bread and butter of the series. Tho UG and MW were awesome those games are not the true NFS roots, they are variations of those roots.
I learned to drive in videogames because of that violent driving jewel 😂 all NFS are violent driving but this had its own level. Still I love it, for me it's the #1 NFS over all
Yeah NFS Undercover have some Downgrades from Pro Street like some Vinyls cannot be Colored, all traffic that Taken from Burnout Paradise, and Almost half of the Cars was taken from NFS Pro Street such a shame this game was not the best NFS so far
I agree in most of the points with you also i fell in love whit that weird orange filter after more than decade xD I dont know, maybe its just nostalgia but that atmosphere of that game world is awesome as well. Plus soundtrack where Pendulum is included is f ear porn for me xD
I remember innerpartysystem coming out good to see their finally getting some love. *UNDERRATED.* Dont Stop and Obsession are some of my all time favorites.
@@johncarlofernandez2698 Shoot 'Em Up was better and it was made years ago. I couldn't even finish John Wick 1. The ending was that cringy. I was so NOT into the movie that just kept shaking my head until I turned it off. If that's blind hate, then I guess I blindly hate it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lmao, I literally just got my second 370 after the first was impounded after a spike strip incident, and I fucken used this song as my song of vengeance-
Among the many games I played and among the many tracks I listened to, there is one specific one that I would, without shame, definitely add to the official soundtrack of the fourth Metal Gear Solid. "This Empty Love" sounds perfect at the beginning especially for the game's loading menu, listening and watching as Snake lights up a cigarette every time the same sound effect plays. It creates an incredible feeling of relaxation while loading the game, but at the same time it also creates a feeling of preparing the player for the further part of the plot. Such associations.
For me it is the best need for speed I have ever played even the need for speed heat and need for speed payback I have played for me do not exceed the need for speed undervover
So glad you asked! This is electronic rock music. I would recommend the band Pendulum, one of my favorite bands! They had songs in NFS Undercover ('9000 Miles', 'Tempest', and 'Granite') and Hot Pursuit ('Watercolor'). You could also try listening to their 'Witchcraft', 'Crush', or 'Hold Your Color'. These songs have a varied sound and feel to them so I'm sure you will find something you like.
It’s only one song, but I remember ‘Editors - in this light & on this evening’ has a very similar vibe and style to this song. I found that song cause it was featured on Driver: San Francisco.

Pursuit breakers, time shift mechanic, autosculpt, filter, and incredible music selection.

Right? The music choices for Undercover were really good. Maybe not as good as in Most Wanted but still pretty good.
But inferior everything else (unfortunately)

Say what you will about NFS UC, but the soundtrack has yet to be surpassed by any other NFS.
Days would be much more awesome if everyone had this as background music
Avo Kupelian true. this is the best instrumental song ive heard in my life
+Avo Kupelian i agree
I know right
This is a good song to just listen in a locker room or warm up at the gym.
Those chords with the echo ! Tremendous.
Undercover is not that good of a NFS game in my opinion, but the OST is the best of the entire series.
