This was recorded for the Rugby League Club Songs Album in 1973. Unfortunately the Storm weren't around at the time so they didn't have a song on the album

I honestly didn't notice anything off about the pitch, this song is a direct rip from the Rugby League Club Songs 1973 Album on vinyl. Maybe the low quality version is too slow??

@@rugbyleagueclubsongs6713 I think the record was a 33 rpm that may have been played at 45 rpm by mistake.
Playing a 33 rpm record at 45 rpm causes the tempo a slight increase in the pitch and tempo of the music.
It’s also possible that the record player had a blunt stylus.

@@108CAM More likely a problem with the stylus, if it was played at 45rpm it would likely be a lot faster
