      Thank you for the kind words. Its going better than expected so far. Its always tough at first cause the results come slowly, but I just have to keep remembering that I have plenty of time to get in shape so I don't rush things!

    Try dipping your foot in a bucket of ice water after you run. 20 mins on, 20 mins off, 20 mins on...or what you can endure. Good Luck!

      I am planning to try using a frozen water bottle on the bottom of my foot to see if that helps. If not, then I will try the frozen foot method lol!

    Also, it’s important to look at sugar in the foods you eat. That’s more important than calories! That energy drink you had, although it has fewer calories, had 40 grams of sugar which is almost 2 days worth of added sugar! Processed foods are the worst!

      I REALLY need to kick the Saturday energy drink. HiBall also makes a energy water that has 0 calories and 0 sugar so I might give that a shot!
