I think its not necessary to ask "if I may call you this and that?" if you are in A&E ... please be real... we have the monitor ..we know a patient who has 87 sats would be tachypnic and may require your urgent care... being a doctor of intensive care medicine i find this unnecessary
@@salmanhaider5845 Yes they say that, but we all know that exams are scripted. There are certain things you're expected to say or certain steps you're expected to follow in exam scenarios when in real practice you may not particularly follow those.
