In Obama's State of the Union adress he said "I can confidently say that the state if our union is the best it has ever been." Trump can't honestly say that. However he did say it in his last speech where everything he said was totally or partially incorrect.

I followed American politics for more than 25 years. To be honest, when Obama was around, it seems the world always rallied around him to address some difficult global issues. American standing was very high. His administrative team was very good too and with good standing. He was great. Just don't understand why there are Americans still hating him and loving trump. Okay, but my State suffered under Obama and was horribly divided. The minorities (mostly Dems and socialists ones) attacked white people and caused so much anger and division.
