    The case for my refund was opened on May 15th. Despite numerous inquiries via chat and email, I continue to receive the same response from your customer support: "Our specialist department has contacted our local partners to locate the funds for your transfer. As soon as they receive an update and resolve the issue, you will be contacted via email."
    I need to know when I will receive my refund. Please do not ask me to provide my transaction number, name, or phone number again. Situations like this can significantly impact your business reputation.
