i am so confused WHO PAYS THE MORTGAGE if its the owner of house how can he pay it if you are only giving them a little portion that is the only part that makes no sense to me at allllllllllll

You do great videos but it has to be said when the claimed figs don't stack up. If you av. £75 a night and get "claimed" 80% industry av. (Which for me is too high) over 8 properties you make gross of c. £14,400/month. Over half will go on rent to property owner, expenses, cleaning, service charges, man fee, ground rents etc. Prob around £5k is more realistic which is not bad but it's not £14k a month.
The +200% RoI... is that on the £80k investment? £14k passive income... is that revenue (gross rent income on all properties)? What's the net return after all costs tax etc? Best wishes

@@SamuelLeeds They are only restricting their growth, they have nothing to gain from being that way. Since coming to the crash course in September my head has been buzzing with ideas and strategies, I know the advance course in January will be worth it
