1/2 jalepeno or poblano, 1/4 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 TBSP chipotle seasoning, cilantro (like a handful)....then chop. Add 1 can petite diced tomatoes and juice from 1/2 a lime, salt and pepper to taste.
