One of the diets someone recommended me that canelo used to use was a very simple diet. It started with egg whites in the morning, 2 hours and it was a small snack, nuts or almonds. Then you follow it by cooked chicken or fish, with veggies, then you have another snack 2 hours after which I usually drank a green tea. Then for dinner it was a small protein shake. Once a week you can have red meat, also you can have rice or pasta or bread but just one.
He's mexican, i assure you he eats at least 3 to four tortillas with his breakfast, lunch and dinner (mostly carbs) Once you eat tortillas there is no going back it's like an american eating a burger without fries, that's just not happening or just very unlikely to happen

The amount of meals is irrelevant, the only thing that matters is caloric intake, as long as he's eating enough calories to maintain his weight. You can eat 6,000 calories in 1 or 2 meals so eating 3 times a day is just fine if that's what he prefers.
Tested for low amounts of clenbuterol which is not a ped. Then took two more test and came out negative, but yes please keep talking about one failed test when two test followed it that prove it was not failed.
