it depends on your playstyle and job class. the blue equips is better if your after refinement bonus,, sample +6 white equips is only = to +4 blue they have the same refinement bonus.. but if your after the set effects of that specific white gear then go for it

1. the tier up cannot be transfered only the refinement enchantment and upgrades. you nid to get the base level 40 equip then do a different tier up.. do not tier up your 25 equips if that is your plan wait till you get the level 40 2. your correct on this one you will get both of the set effect requirements for 3 pcs each 3. no. you can tier up purple and gold mvp equips aswell

no, you only need 1, the level 30 weapon or any blue equips will be used as a material and it will change to a higher level blue after crafting and all of the refinement upgrades and enchanment even the cards will remain
i personally prefer blue sets because i can change my acce and talisman whenever i need to compare to white set you need to have the full set but im not saying its not good its just that it doesnt suits my playstyle

1.white is better on early game because of those usefull stats like you mention. blue gives base stat % but as a low level character that will only give you a bit boost compare to white 2. sample : white with final attack speed is better than blue with agi %

if your class does physical damage go for white level 40 set it gives damage bonus set effect , if you want reflect go for level 25 white i suggest check all of the equips in exchange then look for the set effects of each level sets then compare it blue

the base stat is not going be carried over it will stay on the original equip and you do not need to transfer it to an inferior equip. we are just doing this if we are not going to tier up the current equip and the goal is to tier up the higher level of equip that you like.. but if your okay with your level 25 whites you do not need to do this

higher level equips gives better stats.. but the thing is in rox we do not mind the level and the base stat of the equips . we are after the set effect.. you can still use level 25 equips even if you level 60 you dont need to base your equips on your level.. get an equips that suits your current state

unfortunately you cant skip the lower level blue equips and you really need to start from level 30 or you can try your luck with gacha

the base stat is not going be carried over it will stay on the original equip and you do not need to transfer it to an inferior equip. we are just doing this if we are not going to tier up the current equip and the goal is to tier up the higher level of equip that you like.. but if your okay with your level 25 whites you do not need to do this

you can upgrade you current one as long as it is the same type with the future weapon youre trying to get to inherit the upgrade

no sir you need to do a different tier up on the level 40

I'm wondering if both lvl 25 and lvl 40 items have the same stat when upgrade? I mean when upgrading, is lvl 40 item has higher stat than lvl 25? because i have lvl 25 weps with + 30 upgrade and +2 refine. I don't know if i should transfer the stats of my lvl 25 to lvl 40 or should i upgarde the lvl 40 from the start for better stats?
higher level equips gives better stats.. but the thing is in rox we do not mind the level and the base stat of the equips . we are after the set effect.. you can still use level 25 equips even if you level 60 you dont need to base your equips on your level.. get an equips that suits your current state
