GECAM SRL-Mod 128 S BELT CENTERLESS GRINDING MACHINE For round pieces
The machine has been specifically designed to perform grinding, cleaning, polishing or buffering of round pieces with a diameter from 5 to150 mm, maximum length of approximately1 metre, and maximum weight of around10 Kg.
It is composed of a cabinet stand suitable for housing belts and any other accessories. The highly efficient grinding heads, the counter wheel units with adjustable speed and the self-filtering suction system are secured into the cabinet stand.
The sanding heads, made in pre-moulded and electrically welded thick sheet, houses the belt tightening and centring system, as well as the counter wheels which can be easily replaced with other wheels of different roughness.
The centreless units with speed variator makes it possible to adjust the rolling speed of the piece to be machined, thereby ensuring a proper speed according to the diameter of the piece itself.

This is how bad pipes end up the new building that for some reason collapsed after opening. Any part leaving this michine should be decorative not structural. Also buyers should be made aware of where materials came from. Don't need old medical waste pipes showing up at my house that look clean on the outside.

this isnt a granding machine its a belt sander with a drive for bars and pipe. you could not work on this to 0.0005" tolerance like on a proper grinding machine with a wheel not a belt

True, this this machine improves surface finish and appearance by belt sanding rather than true center-less grinding with a grinding wheel and coolant.

We have a older one at my work and for the most part it can hold the tolerance of half a thousand.and that's feeding anywhere between 500 up to 5000 pieces then they go to one hell of a QC department. And we're running alnico materials for the most part.

It has an abrasive belt grain 80, it takes off material from the piece! Watch video of the polishing machine 728 it has scotch Brite brush that makes polish, mirror polishing if you install also abrasive paste dispenser!
