Believe it or not, NOPE... I'm actually getting a stand made so I could put it on display on my wall.
I'm trying to take the battery off to make it ignite again after a accidentaly dropped him in the ground, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me? How can I take the battery off, just to relocate it?

Just about yeah. It's pretty good.
Just got mine, however initially the sound wasn't working cause the battery loosened during shipping. Then James walked me through with (seriously) TXQ's best customer service. Felt like a real Jedi opening up the hilt and tinkering with it just like Luke's deleted scene in the cave :)

What was that process like? I just got mine today and it was working for a good while but just stopped making sounds except when shut down completely, I’m gonna charge it and see if that was the issue.
@@theretronerd4638 You have to charge it when you first get it. I know there's a warranty you have for like a month or two that you can reach out to them in case anything is damaged upon delivery to you.
@@jakejameslugo thanks for the info man! Yea I just plugged it in, not entirely sure how long I should leave it plugged in for but hope that fixes the problem!
@@theretronerd4638 first check if it lights red (the button area) when charging. If not, then the battery is probably loose

Ok so i just got mine in same as yours, they're all built by the same people. now that I'm thinking about what you said i thought the one with vader talking was Luke but the one with the clip that says come on little one is luke. so the list is - Vader Ep5, Obi Wan (not grievous i believe), Kylo, Rey (Final Steps so use yellow), Luke (mando luke i believe), Qui Gon, Darth Sidious/Emperor, Vader, Ben Solo and ahsoka. Also mine has gesture control so I can turn it on with a wrist flick/stab motion although can't turn it off. Check yours and see if it has it too. It's only gonna stay RGB for a little bit i'm gonna swap in an SN-Pixel core when my Anakin comes in and in my anakin putting in a xenopixel board from DamienSabers.
It's the same thing for both of us.

Mine was a little delayed because of a holiday, but it should take about 2 weeks on average from what I read. So you should be good!

Do you know if a neopixel blade is compatible with this saber?
I don’t think you can with this specific one. I know they can make one tho.
How can you change the color? I couldn't figure it out and the manual is not helping.
Have to hold the button for a few seconds, then can cycle between colors.

How long does the battery last???
A good long time. I've gone a good while running it continuously before needing to charge it.
I’ve heard others who bought this one say the button / control box gets loose especially when handling. How is yours holding up?
I had to tighten the control box a little bit when I first got it. Been stable and secure ever since. Might have to open it up lightly and screw in tighter.

@@vpurehesi-4780 I just opened up the control box and fixed it up. It can be opened from the front and the screw there can be tightened.
How did you open it from the front? There aren’t any screws that open the how control box?

There are lights that shine from the inside of the hilt.
just got a luke skywalker lightsaber from neo sabers, its a xenopixel and i got it for my birthday early. I am so hyped!!! worth 300 dollars, just a little pricey!

I guess this model didn't have gesture controls ... The one I've just ordered most definitely has the gesture controls and all the xenopixel up to date shit
The one I unboxed didn't have that because that wasn't a big thing at the time. Xenopixel wasn't really a thing.
is this the RGB variant of the lightsaber or?
This is the RGB version, not NeoPixel.

I got one and I love it, but on the sides of the switch there are 2 bronze things that dig into my skin a bit when I spin. I don't see those on yours, any idea why?

I have two questions how fast does it ship to the United States and when you get the lightsaber is it fully dead or does it have a little charge in it if you have to charge it or batteries because I don’t know
I had to charge mine when I got it, it's recommended. Not sure what the average delivery is, but mine was delayed because of everything going on in the world. So more than a few weeks for me.
Did they remove the feature where u can play Star Wars music and 3 character quotes for each sound font on their smooth swing soundboard
There's only the sound fonts and blade changes. No music in this one. I would've been happy to see multiple fonts per character.

Its a third party company that makes lightsaber replicas. They're known for real good quality sabers.
RGB or Neopixel?
This one was RGB. I want to get a neopixel for another lightsaber at some point.

Neopixel is always going to be better than RGB to me. Just looks nicer.
@@jakejameslugo can't argue with that. I prefer durability over features. But there are exceptions at times.

Is there any way to make the green and red arrows bleep if I get someone to do it?
Mine doesn't have that when I opened it out of the box, but that doesn't mean you can't mod it to do so.
Spin the circuit board around in the control box and you can get the red led on the board to shine through the red arrow on the control box.
How long does it take to charge
A few hours. They give you an average on how long it could take to charge.

You mean to hang it up?
He means an insert that sits in the hilt instead of the blade. They're used when you're intending to have it on the shelf a lot.
Yes you can, a standard inch blade plug (check sizing with your blade/hilt) will work.
If you bought a neopixel you will need a neopixel plug, unless TXQ neopixel has in hilt lights. They're similar to LGT so they may do, BUT that hilt design has a skinny extender on it, so they may not have bothered with that small useless feature.
They cost like $10USD more than the standard plugs.
@@Revan8888 The one I have is a broom holder that has it hanging by the blade. And this one is a TXQ RGB, not Neopixel. It has a USB input to charge on the hilt.
@@jakejameslugo I realise, but he and I are speaking of a different item than yourself. A blade plug goes into the hilt, INSTEAD of the blade. There are different designs, and some neopixel hilts can't simply use the baselit plugs.
I ordered mine at the same time you did but customs returned it because they thought it was a real weapon so for that I hate that you have yours and I don't haha
Thats weird. Wonder how they could think that? Is it for a spot outside the US? Because I had no issue, and I've seen others purchase a similar one and had no issues either.
