Nice match ggs! I agree tho it’s not fun as a viewer just watching you guys go through easy gates. Also rng is shitty but the chatters shouldn’t diminish your win because of it. Both of you played great and it easily could’ve been you who got trash rng
@@Sharmav03 you can though, after the match these kinds of statements led me to do an oops all radahn run of the (base, dlc wasnt out yet) game and i was able to dodge rain of arrows in every arena where radahn would actually use it (in smaller arenas he would go into melee immediately). i specifically retried the boss to get the rain of arrow opening and there was a single high percentage (after i did it a couple of times, it worked every time iirc) dodge for all arenas i tested (i didnt get them all, it just was too much work for me). that dodge was basically just to outrun and roll or to simply just roll the attack and all his subsequent smaller arrow barrages. the most important aspect was to get the correct angle between your running/rolling direction and the direction of the arrow rain chase. when i had a 90 degree or sharper angle between me and the attack, the rain of arrows would always catch up to me, otherwise i would outspace it - even on level 1 with light roll and base stats there was enough stamina for that, though i only tested rl1 in the og radahn arena tbf. because i didnt have a powerful pc (i usually play on ps5) i couldnt record or stream any of this, but anyone who is interested can simply install the randomizer mod and change all bosses to radahn to test this for themselves. in the case of radahns arena there are many no torrent challenge videos on youtube where they dont skip radahns arrow phase by despawning him, but i dont think they all use the same dodge. also, testing might be more reasonable for people who have access to er tool and such to speed up the whole process... in the end i also decided that while it was fun, testing this in this way was also kind of overkill for that small of a moment in this season of omit :D edit: i should also clarify that domo still was in a very unlucky situation as he immediately triggered radahn when he probably wasnt ready to fight him (gino sat in the door and wasnt on a timer when he got there). no blame for domo at all here, just wanted to see whether the claim of "impossible to dodge" that so many people made was right
@@cbiscot2 pretty self explanatory. No one is a bigger Gino fan. But he complained about how bad the seed was. How it’s too easy with a ranged weapon etc etc. which is fine. But I’d just like to see him play and dominate like usual
@@PhattyPhil Well, he's just expressing the truth, fr. Having easy gates means that your opponent is also going through easy gates, it's not really complaining if he's just stating that these are free.
@@cbiscot2 same gates for both ppl. All I’m saying is that he’s usually super positive and calm and it was just kinda weird to keep hearing him complaining about shit. He’s way too good for that. That’s like aggy and bushy type shit. He’s on a whole different level. It’s a big deal. Doesn’t change my opinion about him in any way. Just not used to it. I kinda put him up on a pedestal
"Radahn, Starscourge of Darkness" really does go hard
