Hii. I think writing is everything he shows in this video plus punctuation and text structure, if you read a lot you get most of it. And speaking is just speaking really, the more you do the faster you get better at it. There are forums, communities and apps for that.

I like how you broke it down to show how to learn and what is most important. I always teach my students to focus on the following verb tenses: present simple, past simple, future simple & with "be going to," present continuous, past continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. IMO, you don't really need to learn other tenses. Also, everyone needs to learn noncount nouns as part of the "essential grammar." :)
I really appreciate your wonderful way of presenting lessons in a professional manner...to be honest, I have tried learning from many, many channels on RUclips, but this is the only channel that made me ready to learn with love...we need Something that charges us with energy in order to start learning.
