Sir as you explain us in income criteria for class c,d government employ (who's salary above 8 lakh ) salary not include in income but in para 9 it says salary above 8 lakh will be creamylayer.

Thank you Sir... I went to SDO office and they clarified and said that for son of govt employee, only post/rank held by parent is look after.. Income from salary is not criteria. So, group C parent's son(like me), eligible for NCL and they issued.

hi, for private employee example, consider his parents salary is 9lac and after standard deduction its less then 8lac, even after 80c and 80cc deduction its even lesser then 7.5lac in that case does he gets creamy or non creamy ? also wants to understand married women should show husband or father income to get non creamy? please clarify.
