But the books are too pretty to use..the problem with me is, i buy a book because it looks cute. Then i don't know what to use it for. But I feel like the book has to be neat because the cover is neat. If i mess up on a page, i would rip out the page and start over. In the end, i would be left with a book without pages...
Or maybe when i write a note but i need to change the concept/topic of the book...
Basically, the books are too cute and precious to use..

Yes I know the feeling exactly! I used to think the same, specially starting a notebook for a specific idea and then never fulfilling it. So I have a BUNCH of "uncompleted" notebooks, that could very well be used for something else. Either way, I like to think that at least I gave them a try. I rather use a few pages than not use them at all. But I understand the feeling of not wanting to ruin the notebooks.

1: my prettiest notebook I use for my story writing
2: my favorite notebook I use for making my rap songs
3: my other notebooks I use for taking notes for school

My story writing diaries already filled out. ( It's falling apart!) But I never show 'em to anyone though...
@@sincerely_themoon Same here, I have a huge pile of them under my tv. Most are carry-ons from old popular books, e.g. Harry Potter ( And yes I am thinking about making one ).
Here are a couple more ideas:
1. Once a day, find a news headline that personally interests you and find a section in ur notebook to write down that headline down. Do this for as long as you like (The longer the better). Then, years later you can look back at it and it will almost feel like you’re going back in time.
2. Set a timer for 15 minutes and literally just write any thought that comes into your head. You’re not allowed to plan anything that you’re gonna write in your given time. You could do a quick story, a song, a poem or really just anything. Trust me, you’ll be shocked by just how much you can write in that time. You can play around with this idea by maybe changing how much time you get or adding in a couple extra rules.
3. Write about your random thoughts. Really just anything that you feel is weird. It doesn’t have to be thoughts even, it could just be unpopular opinions that you might have. What I’m trying to say here, is just any unique thing about yourself.
4. Fan-fiction. There really isn’t that much explaining needed for this. I personally don’t write fan-fiction but it’s an idea nonetheless.
5. Dream journal. Just write out your dreams. It could be interesting to look back years later to see what type of stuff you used to dream about. I’m not sure if this is true, but I also heard somewhere that writing your dreams could help you lucid dream.
6. A letter to your future self or anyone else. Is there any opinion that you have about someone that you wouldn’t be willing to tell them? Write it out as a letter but don’t actually show that person.
7. This one requires a double page to do. On one side of the page, draw a stick figure that’s meant to represent yourself and then label it with a bunch of facts about you. Then on the other page draw another stick figure and label with all the traits that you want/wish you had. It’s a good way of recognising your goals as a person.

so when 10 I had this journal full of secrets, vacations, and plans and now I'm 19 and last year when I went to my parents house to get all my stuff before collage I went up to the attic and in the box I found my journal and I looked through it and then started crying because that journal was full of memories and I wrote in that journal everyday and to this day, its in my apartment in the drawer. I have an extra idea: we all have fandoms, right? Use a notebook and keep it as a diary if you lived in the world of your fandom. (Examples: Harry Potter, Hunger Games, cartoons, reality TV shows, movies, etc.)
Why washi tapes are so expensive?!
I guess it depends where you are buying them from. I would take advantage of any sales that might take place, so that it´s more economical. I have some cute 3-roll sets in my online shop if you´re interested (wink wink).

The fastest way to finish your diary or sweet looking copy is to do maths in it.
That's gonna end it in no time bro 😎
I recommend one Preliminary Notebook where you write Everything down, then you transfer all into the different books for the different subjects counted in thie video or into others you decide yourself. Why? Because when you suddenly have a thought or an idea, the most easy part is to grap One notebook to Pre-write the issue in. Have you got, say five, or eight or nine etc notebooks, then it takes time to choose the "right" one , and when you're done with that, the idea might have gone away. So it works with my brain anyway. And where are they? I have no idea if a notebook is in my bag, the bedroom, the kitchen, or the living room. Especially if they are several. The Preliminary notebook I can carry everywhere. Just grab the all-in-all notebook and get your thougth down!! In this one you just jot it down quickly, no demand for fine scripture here. When you have time, sit down and transfer the written items to the "right" notebooks. 2. Another way is to not have that preliminary notebook at all, but jot down your ideas on plain paper, I use old envelopes that come with bills and other things.You keep a pen and some white used envelopes in all places to be handy when you get your ideas. That is cheaper than to have lot of notebooks in every place.
That´s a really good idea! I had one which did that purpose, and the brain-dump also fulfilled as a common place notebook. Everything went in there and if I needed to separate it into other notebooks I could do so later on. ;)

Another way to fill up empty journals, I suggest write down dreams that way you can remember an epic vivid dream. Right now I have 7 dream journals
That's amazing! I usually have vivd dreams but when I wake up I kind of forget what they were about and when I start to "re-construct" them they just don't make sense haha.

I tend to use one notebook at the time. When I am given a new one that save it till when I finish filling out the one I have. I go through them pretty quickly as I journal almost every day.
That´s awesome! I envy you. It takes me a reeeeeally long time to fill up a notebook, so I can´t NOT say no to pretty empty ones when they come by.

Oh please explain this one, I´ve seen this mentioned in social media but I´m not sure what it is. Is it like a review journal of your favorite kpop bands?
Planner holics Yes, kind of! A kpop journal is just a place where you talk about the bands you enjoy, why or how you got introduced to them, etc. You can also talk about specific members of bands you like or different albums and songs, and you can write pretty freely in it! You can also add pictures and washi tapes and sort of decorate it how you like. It’s very fun!
I just love making kpop journals coz I'm so into kpop that I can't resist........btw which bands you stan??

Oh wow! That´s super awesome! I used to write "some" fan fiction back in the day now that you mention it. But I had a really ugly school notebook that I used. That could be a great idea for my part 2, thanks for sharing!!

Something that I think is a good idea is to give a notebook to your best friend or close family member and fill it up with stuff like memories, drawings, diary entrys, poems, songs, jokes, etc. and both of you will have your own notebook to fill up in a specific amount of time. After that time has passed you switch the notebooks with your person. I am doing this with my mom except I'll be the only one filling up a notebook🤧😊💕
Last year I bought a couple, I’m lying I bought A LOT, but I dedicated one each to do this for my young adult son and daughter. Unfortunately, I never got to start because my mom got real sick. She just passed away a couple of months ago. Thanks for the reminder, I’m going to start today! ❤

I have an idea! You can just use a notebook to write random words you like for some reason . There. ‘My fave words when I am 10’ or something like that.

One of the reasons why i watched this video was that i have like 2 or 3 notebook in my house, i thought this video would help me spending them, so try to find what happened, it really works!
