WARNING : Do NOT attempt this feat until you can EASILY deadlift 225lbs/100kgs and above. Seriously...
You can easily snap your back without training and advanced preparation for this feat.
    Stay safe, DON'T try this!

My tenant has this bike and a T-bird...I have to try lol... BTW it looks a bit more like positioning an Atlas Stone on your lap before full extension

+TirthBhattachArya I don't go to a gym bro... I do calisthenics.... but I assist or train people.. so while I show them how to.. then I try deadlifts.. my heaviest deadlift was 130kgs.. no bench no bar squat... as I said I want to stand as an epitome for the guys who who want to build muscle and have a good physique without training at a gym...😇😇😇😇

Ravi Anand Veludandi I used to do calisthenics strictly when in school alongwith a little bit of pehalwani style training. I recently shifted to a Strength oriented routine from a Bodybuilding routine and I have to say that a lot of calisthenics stuff become mandatory accessory exercises to improve on the main lifts....
