I am a person, who had no goals in life and used to live in a comfort zone, no learning, no book reading.
I used to engage in RUclips and other social media approximately 6-7 hours in a day.
I watched your video accidentally on 8 feb 2022 and that video has major impact, so from next day I made some changes in my daily routine.
1. Early to bed at 10 PM, earlier it was 2 AM in midnight
2. Early rise in morning at 5 AM, earlier it was 9:30 AM
3. RUclips watching for learning
4. Less news watching /reading
5. Less tv watching
6. All applications Notification blocked
7. No network in phone while office
8. Phone uses on specific time intervals
9. Book readings like - Time Management, Success And Happiness, 7 habits of most effective people and now reading rich dad poor dad.
8. Daily yoga
9 . Meditation
10. Self love
11. Now working to apply similar rules as mentioned in Success and Happiness by JP Dubey.
12 . I want to be team builder and want to guide and motivate my team.
Still more changes to be come.

Bhai sahi mein ye comfort zone se bahar nikale waala point 100% true tha. Kal maine stage par 100 150 logo ke samne haath uthaya aur stage par jakar apna point rakha. Shuru mein bahut nervousness hui bhi phir ab khud par proud ho raha hai. Thank you
