When farming for the Lanticore Spawnling make sure you're using a toon that has a WOD Garrison and the Trading Post ranked up to a min of level 2. As you then get a chance to loot drops for the Garrison AH. The Auction Memory Socket, Auction Connecting Valve and Auction A.D.D.O.N.S Installer which can be combined into the Auction Control Module. All 4 items can be sold on the AH

The Doom Walker and Kazak definitely doesn't work, I tried to sell items, but no one buys them. (I dumped the price to 3k and still no one needs it)
