I have a 7 year old grandson and his favorite food is Pancakes. He leaps make them every Saturday morning. We were sitting here watching you Chef making Pancakes and he said can " I bet Chef Adam makes better Pancakes than you grandpa." I told him any food made out of love always taste better than anything. Adam you are such a great inspiration to so many. Keep bringing the great food and I will keep watching and sharing. I like this video because it actually shows more of Adam’s competency and engagement.
Too many people say he isn’t doing any of the dangerous steps in his tiktoks himself - but here we see him operating power tools and hammering and showing he is fully capable of doing anything he wants to.

What some folks don't know is you can boil down Sycamore tree sap into a somewhat butterscotch syrup and birch tree sap into a root beer type syrup. All tasty!! Great job, Chef Adam!! You rock Dude!!
There has always been a special place in my heart for people with down syndrome, when I watch Adam it truly brings me happiness. He seems like a real joy to be around and would love his company.

We just got done sappin in Wisconsin. It is a labor of love that's for sure! You can't beat the smell of boiling sap!
This is cool. I'm from next door New Brunswick and I boiled my own sap before plus worked on a maple farm tapping trees. It's an awesome experience.

My hometown is referred to as "Maple City" due to the excess Maple trees in the area, each year there's a section of town where residents make huge batches of syrup directly from the trees.
Homemade maple syrup 🍁 is the best! Love watching you cook on the grill ,I'm looking forward to using your recipes this summer! Stay warm out there 😊 ☀️
