  • The Z Challenge: Win in E class (lowest class in Forza Motorsport) and win in R class (highest class regular production cars can fit into reasonably) with the same 1969 Nissan Fairlady Z.
The rain said no, but there was eventually some great racing! Really nice to see some clean drivers in the lobbies.

I feel your pain with this challenge. However, I enjoy watching it immensely 👏

This exactly. Your pain was showing, but it made for such a good spectator race!

Damn so unfortunate on the Suzuka race. It's like you said though it's hard to pit at the right time at the front in changing conditions

Don't feel bad, guys with engineering degrees on £100,000 a year sit on the pit wall in F1 surrounded by banks of computers also tend to choose track position!

Always pit if it starts raining on the end of the lap where it becomes screen droplets, it ALWAYS gets worse.
Slicks in true wet you can lose 30+ seconds a lap easy, pitting is a 20-25 second flat time penalty.

I always go for wets as soon as its start to drip. In Frosa I have never seen it just drip, then stop again, so I think it will always rain enough for wets unless its the very last lab.

You didn't need to pit that first race, I don't think.

As for 1st race. Same happening with this week's career Ferrari challenge. The only difference is AI drivers don't feel any difference and driving slicks the same speed any condition (I lost like 20 seconds in half of the lap after rain started). But I'm curious - if race length is short, isn't it better to switch tyres from slicks/wets to one level down to sports ones?

Yeah definitely, I always suggest to run non-race tires if you can when you expect weather to be changing. Unfortunately, some cars need race tires to get their handling up to a reasonable amount.

Yesterday I do a couple of races in the F430 lobbys and all of them very clean.
I noticed and wonder how respectful most people are. Maybe the clowns getting bored these days and ruin other games?

People drive dirty because they lack skill. They've probably got bored like you said and now stink up some other games lobbies

@@broughy23 "People drive dirty because they lack skill" --- unfortunately that's not always true... Several times when I was trying to pass the 3rd, 2nd or the 1st guy in an open lobby, I got deliberatively taken out... Those okay players know how to exploit the flaws of Forza penalty system to destroy you... They can even make you the one getting penalty after they push you off track...

@@broughy23 Yeah, many of them can`t control their cars or hold racing lines.
But many others are just toxic and saw it over and over. Guys ramming me off track multiple times, roadblocking or drive into during overtakes. Mostly without a single penalty.
