It is absolutely pathetic to see all of these so-called leaders and experts of such situations to be so-called taking care of these issues, when all they do is go to conferences, dinners, luncheons, meetings, etc. and travel the high life of corporatism and statism mechanisms... nothing that actually contributes directly toward either transforming or allowing different methods and means of creating a way of living for humanity in coherence with the environment that which we take so much for granted!
Disagree. That is exactly the point. You should not reward someone only for being male or female. If you are meant to speak on a particular subject , it should be because you are prepared to do it better than others, certainly not because you are a man or a women (in both cases it would be a discrimination). Now, we can ask ourself if this gentlemen are there because they are better than his female colleagues or not, but I personally have no mean to prove neither it nor the contrary.
