The way breeding works in the game is that you can breed any Temtem with any other Tem if it shares the same type. And breeding a Luma gives you a higher chance of producing a Luma offspring. So the Goty for example, if I had a male Luma I could breed him with any female Neutral type tem to try to get a Luma of that species.
