@Falcon2 that was a bump. A solid bump, sure, but a bump regardless. You can see the hood move slightly, and his truck has moderate denting on the lower part of ONE of the passenger doors. So, unless the malibu is made of tinfoil and cardboard, it would be extremely difficult for that collision to have caused sufficient damage to total out the car. NOW, the exception to this would be if the airbags blew. Then, okiesure, easy write-off because airbags cause a ton of damage when they go off.
@Falcon2 uh..... 90 degrees? You do understand that 90 degrees is a right angle, right? It's much closer to 25-30 degrees, if you want to play with specifics. I am not intentionally minimising the collision, it WAS a relatively minor collision. Provisionally, there is almost no chance that with the damage shown on the dakota, that the damage to malibu was sufficient to cause the repairs to exceed 80% of the vehicle's value after only seven years (provisions would include airbag deployment, extremely high mileage, previous crash repair/repairable title, and things of that nature).

2:28 I carry a firearm in my car all the time. If I looked back and saw this dude with a pistol in hand walking up to my car, I’d be having to plead my case infront of a panel.
And you'd go to jail for manslaughter (at minimum). A mediocre lawyer could successfully argue that by keeping it in your vehicle at all times, you were showing a premeditation to commit murder. That's First Degree, just fyi. Oh, and to preempt the "I have the right to self defense" bullshit, so long as you are in a vehicle and have the ABILITY to drive away, you do NOT have the right to take a life. You have a vehicle, and if you do like police tell you and leave space in front of your vehicle, you ALWAYS have the option to drive away. If you are that scared, drive straight to the nearest police station.
@Falcon2 actually, it can be used to show premeditation. Let me explain how. As you said, ARIZONA law (not standard across the US, AFAIK) does not require one to retreat, fine. HOWEVER, keeping a gun in your car for "self defense" shows a distinct intent to use it. ERGO, not a tool anymore, its a weapon. And because it is now proven that because you INTENDED to use it eventually, you therefore PREMEDITATED a murder, if not the specific person you killed. Further, they would also use the fact that you had the ability to leave and instead CHOSE to stay in a dangerous situation which would allow you to use your weapon, rather than leave, as further evidence that you intended to commit murder. To reinforce my point, MANY people have been successfully convicted of manslaughter and even murder, for keeping a basebat bat (or tire thumper, or long wrench) in their car for "self defense" and using it with someone dying as a result. THAT is why lawyers will always tell you, if you want to keep a baseball bat in your car, also keep a glove and a ball. Otherwise, its a "weapon dangerous to the public peace" and you go down for murder.
@@Blue84Stang it really depends on the state you live in. I live in Washington, so yes, I’d be screwed. Very liberal, anti-gun state. But in honesty, I’d rather serve 8 years in prison than an eternity in a grave at 35 years old. It’s crazy how we victimize the aggressors.
@@Blue84Stang keeping a gun for self defense in your vehicle cannot be argued as 'pre meditated' murder. just like carrying one open or concealed where allowed isn't. Are you kidding me?! 2:12 I'm sorry.... That bump TOTALLED your car???? How????? I've seen less expensive older cars with WAY more damage be fixed.......
@@Blue84Stang Turned his car 45 degrees. More than a 'bump'.
2:21 if you look at the full video, dude with the camera cuts him off by inches and that’s why the other guy gets mad
2:21 is why i check my mirrors and keep my glock loaded
@2:20 Why didn't you show the beginning of the video that shows what the young man did to initiate that confrontation? I think that would provide a bit more context as to why he ended up staring down the barrel of a Glock.
5:22 I turn now good luck everybody else !
4:05, They couldn't see that BIG Truck with All the lights on it, so it's all the Truckers Fault🤣.. Just as a Reminder for owners of a Viofo Dash cam, the bottom right button push quickly, takes a Snapshot of a license plate..
Why do idiots drivers think they won't cause road rage with their reckless moves?
2:00 You can just be minding your own business and lousy stuff happens.
@2:41 Garcia shouldn’t do thing to other drivers to upset them in the first place. I’ve seen the full video.
Garcia cut the truck off and you can hear him snickering about doing it. Then when the guy catches up to him and starts banging on the window of Garcia’s car, all off a sudden he’s a snivelling boy. Hopefully Garcia will grow up and drive properly.
4:38 - Oh look, another CRV
How hard is it to SECURE YOUR DASH CAM?
Tired of seeing the damn sky or your nasty car.
You set up a stationary camera and STILL somehow manage to have the camera pointing away from the action.
Are traffic lights really not tht visible in the US???
5:19, Land Rover driver from the far right lane, cuts across 2 other lanes to grab a parking spot?!! You can clearly see NO signal, and the driver, she doesn't even turn her head. Unbelievably stupid driving! Ugh!!
I saw that they didn’t even brake until impact. What the heck were they paying attention to?
@@sfops21 Was going to comment the same thing. Watched it 3 times to make sure they never slowed (watched the speed indicator). Distracted driving by the cammer maybe?
Well, duh! Land Rover driver= stupid to begin with, and entitled. They are like BMW drivers, except BMW's are slightly more reliable.

I carry a firearm in my car all the time.
It is there for a reason. For defense of your property, your life, and the lives of the people you have with you. The gun is there for if and when it may be needed which is hopefully never. Very few people get in their car thinking "Oh, boy I hope I get to use my car gun today!" - NO! It's there as a last resort. ergo, still a tool.
@@Blue84Stang You need to check your ccw laws where you live cause in Ohio you're way off base. I have an app on my phone that I can look up any state where I might travel so I have up-to-date info on their ccw laws. Incidentally, I've never had an issue with any LEO on the few occasions when stopped.
