This is my week in the life.
After I started to adopt better sleep habits on most days - I wanted to share what other habits I've adopted the past few weeks. What a game changer!
I am starting to feel better and handle obstacles with calmness and clarity.

Finally made an appointment for an ADHD intake evaluation. Starting to see an ENT too. Hopefully some other things will change there and I'll be able to breathe better for exercise. A few weeks ago I started exercising early in the morning. Pilates is helping me feel better.

That's great news! I hope you get answers. I can relate in trying to figure out what's going on. Pilates is a great way to help with breathing. I once tried a yogalates exercise online and I couldn't move the next day. I thought I had my asthma under control when I took that walk.

@Meg-GenX-ADHD I don't have asthma. At least not according to the only allergist in the immediate region. But the couple of times I've used it during strenuous exercise, it really helped.
I cuss out the pilates instructor every few seconds. She doesn't hear me cause it's a video.

@@HCoons1975 I'm so glad you don't have asthma. It's not fun at times. However, I have managed to not have bad attacks. I have an allergist and take allergy shots.
They definitely help. I know what you mean with Pilates. I feel like one more rep, a body part may fall off.LOL
