It seems OP's sister was the pursuer. Hubby seemed to have had deep regrets and wanted to call it off and get his ring back. He was so guilt ridded that he was losing weight. OP seemed to have taken solace in that fact. OP's sister was so evil to pursue her sister's husband and then to try to frame her sister for his murder.
Sounds more like sis chased him and he rejected her.
Where are the real human emotions in this story? Geez I hate AI robotic expressionless narrating. Get some real voices that show emotions like anger, frustration, sadness, etc. Ughhhh! So damn annoying.
