What I love about the fitness center, billiards room, pool, and outdoor spaces is that even though you are in the heart of one of the most desirable parts of Miami, you can have a luxurious lifestyle with all of your needs met without having to step away from your home.
I'd observe that Miami and Miami Beach are fitness-centric cities, and having a well-equipped area to workout is a benefit and a luxury that I'm sure the owner of this unit will appreciate.

I love the seating at the island; I'm sure my kids would be there eating what I prepare before it's even ready to be served!
Let's not overlook how gorgeous the waterfall countertop design is. I love how one could approach the kitchen and have that as a focal point.
The juxtaposition of pure white walls, gorgeous wood doorways, and bathrooms soothes the senses and provides delicate balance. Perfect in every way.
