Circle one its a protactor of 360 deg. You can buy it from some school stationary outlet or craft stores

Nice painting! What is used to blend and create the background color?

Back ground is created using sponge. Simply dip on the paint and dab over the paper turquoise blue and bit of white in circular motion. Spongebob is used to create background.

This is one of the best paintings I've ever seen of a dandelion, but I have no idea how you did it.
Watching someone do something is not the same thing as a tutorial. I feel the like the description is misleading. The precious few instructions that were provided don't count as a step-by-step guide, imho. At what point did you use q-tips? I saw what looked like a rag or a sponge used to do the background, and the dandelion itself was done entirely with brushes.

Background is done with sponges, turquoise blue and bit white simply dab in circular motion. Dandelions are done with point brush for fine needle like structure. I didn't use q tips here, but it can be done with q tips, it won't give the same result...

If you would, please show us the tool you are using when you begin using it Maybe a pause to hold the brush up or sponge to the camera. I would greatly appreciate that because finding out these things in the description sucks

These videos were some of the beginning time videos when I started RUclips channel and with poor lightings and other things. Will try to improve now...
Sponge (kitchen sponge also good) used for background and smudging. Make up brush used for dandelion circle background. Then used Point or line brush for full dandelion needle like structure... Hope it helps...
