! English is my second language !
These two are really similar but at the same time different to each other. The similarities:
Both are named Henry
Both worked in a company that entertains people.
Both had a business partner (friend) that turned evil, experimented with souls, and killed people.
Both suffered the consequences of their friend's actions.
Both deal with supernatural things. One (Henry Stein) with alive cartoons, loop and old co-workers in madness. Second (Henry Emily) with ghosts trapped in animatronics, being unable to pass on after death, being Dead and Alive at the same time.
I'm pretty sure that there are other similarities but I can't think of anything more right now.
