That just means their doing something big or finally getting their servers stabalized. There were a few things that was wrong, but I assume the are fixing that with this update. :D Stay Positive! :D

It reminds me of "Majin Castle" from Goemon's Great Adventure. (The first third of the castle) It has a sad-ish ghostly ninja theme like this. 3: Fighting the ghosts also influence the idea more~ And the part around 1:12 reminds me of the 2nd third of the castle.
