Java: Compute Loan w/ User Input [TUTORIAL] (Eclipse)

This is a tutorial on how to get user input and do certain calculations to determine the monthly and total payments the need to be made for a loan of specific interest rate, time, and amount.

i have a question i am pretty new to java but i tried my way didnt end well . The java program i have to make is on LOAD i have a total amount (e.g. $10000) and i have to accept the amount installment from the user . The user can pay less or more depend on him but at the end i have to make sure total remaining amount i= 0 i used while loop but the program stop after first input can you help me out??
