This channel rides the line of clickbait and conjecture. Ive considered removing it from my feed, but theres just enough reality sprinkled in to not let me go yet.
I vastly prefer the race, or P1 with matt and tommy. I used to like WTF1 but when matt and tommy left, i went with them. WTF1 killed itself for me by trying to put those 2 in their box.
Ive canceled 5 or 6 youtube channels from my infeed around the horner drama. Its like a bunch of village idiots dancing with torches around a fireworks display. Once conjecture is proven false, its misinformation to continue the inuendo.

Why would Carlos go anywhere other then Audi. He is at his most value right now in the market. Audi have a long history of success in motorsport. There is one thing being offered which is a team leadership role and a long term deal all things Saintz has made clear he wants. The Red Bull role with Max there is as a number two, history show Red Bull keep their number two driver on short term deals. Mercedes only want a filler as they have a clear plan for their future drivers. At Audi he Carlos can help build both his future but have a key role in the building of a new front running team.
He waited around at McLaren for them to become competitive.

I don't think Williams were designing their car in excel - they were managing it's production and parts manufacture with it.
No. BBC did not say it was a "done deal". They said, they'd learned, "he's told the team he wants to leave" according to "sources close him". Having an intention to leave, and leaving are two different things.
You're constantly talking about a Red Bull crisis, while Marko was asked flat out about Verstappen's future, and he said, "Max will drive where he has the best car and that is at Red Bull. Nothing else is on the horizon." The desperation by the media to reset all of F1 so that Hamilton can win races again is palpable.
Basically every video for months is this dude hopped up on the hopium that something bad will happen to Red Bull.
He wants something bad to happen to them so badly that it’s just hard to watch at this point.

@@BruceGagneaux The worst thing about the last 2 years has been the constant whining and exaggerating about how "boring" the racing is now, as if it's any worse than the dominant Hamilton seasons, and the complete denial that there is close racing and unpredictability with the other 9 teams, and even battles between drivers that can last for several laps.
In fairness, tripe like the Daily Fail are just as bad, as this channel just regurgitates those some bad faith narratives. Zak Brown and Toto do a fair bit of trolling, too.
If u don't think the majority of fans don't want competitive racing ur the one dreaming. The whole of f1 is losing viewership due to the lack of competition.

The same whiny fans pretend 2021 was an amazing season - it wasn't. It's just that the preceding years were so dull, that an actual title fight (with very few driver battles that lasted longer than one lap) became a fight because Merc chose to use double their ICE allocation.
By all means show the data of F1 "losing viewership" and how it's been conclusively proved they've left because of "lack of competition". I'll wait.

Why would a team want ocon? He’s not a bad driver, but not the best. And he has a history of causing a ton of teammate problems, even with teammates that have a history of not having teammate problems. Just seems risky when you can get someone else comparable to him
hes not bad by any means. Hes always been in bad cars. He beat max in F3 ;)
He's incredibly average but always drags himself below that bar because of his obsession with crushing his teammate.

@@brandonhoffman4712 i mean, without safety cars in china he might have been able to do it.. it was clear to me and people i talked to even before 2021.. max was on a different level.. hes setting the bar now so high, its gonna be awhile till we see anyone match it.. hopefully one day we see the whole field at that level.. rather than dragging one team down... id also point out how long newey has been with RB.. the idea the whole fake issue with horner is what drove him away from the team sounds like a joke.
@@notastone4832 Last race I saw Max had like 15 seconds or so on perez in the same equipment over 60+ laps. Perez is no golden child. To me max is worth about .2 seconds a lap over a fairly average f1 driver. The rest is the equipment. I'm not saying he isnt the best, but i think hes beatable with the right equipment. Probably not under these current rules though, we'll see in 2026!

@@brandonhoffman4712 He was pulling a second a lap in the opening stint. I said to my friend over 57 laps he should end about a minute ahead, but then came the safety cars. And as said above, was he even trying? After all this time still underestimating the value Max as the driver brings...

@@philtucker1224 that is actually a big misconception... marko never put a penny towards max his career. Yea after the F1 deal, there was a short period where max drove f3 under the rbr banner (but he had that seat anyway) and ofc they paid him for his services at Torro Rosso and RBR. I wouldnt consider that sponsoring (in the traditional sense) in the way Gasly and Sainz were sponsored by helmut. this entails guidance, paying for seats at good teams through multiple series and training days.
there was none of that...helmut basically just poached max from F3 and put him in F1..

The 2025 RB is bound to still be in the same winning mould as the current Newey cars. Max would already know that and he will still be the favourite to win the Driver’s championship again that season. However, he may then want to consider his options for the new 2026 regs “50/50” cars and I’m guessing his so-called RB 2028 contract will be considered fairly unimportant by then..
Williams: After watching AM develop over the last three years, I expect Williams will want to copy their pattern and will seek some big additional investment for 2026 to achieve it. I am expecting that a cartel possibly including Vettel, Woolf and Hamilton may be considering being part of that group..

"Adrian is contracted until at last the end of 2025 and we are unaware of him joining any other team,”
Rumour says evidently that the currently undisclosed further evidence against Horner is far more damming than we’ve seen so far, so I think the writing will be on the wall by the end of this season

I agree. Gardening leave would be something used to cover to the end of his contract. If someone is out of contract then they are free to do what they like

Its the best time to leave now for Newey to a new team who can offer more as his car is currently winning. Once the new regulations comes in and if he stays in Redbull and his car isn't winning or doing aswell then he wont have as much clout to be able to move teams then although I am sure there are teams who would still love for him to join. But as for now, he can sign a blank cheque, this opportunity might not come again and Newey is in the last stretch of his career. He is 100% going... the question is where.
There needs to be tampering rules like they have in American sports, no talking to other teams players. So many rumours and garbage being spewed.

How is it tampering if a team beleives another team is telling them the truth?
A big part of the game should be trying to get misinformation into your rivals heads. Thats not tampering.
As far as im aware tampering means physically adjusting something on a competitors car, tampering with its performance.
Relying on a humans innate propensity for coercion should be part of the game and something teams should be hardened against, knowing humans are coercible.
Thats the perfect way to grow a network of influencers and 'fix' sports from so far behind the scenes, nobody knows its fixed 😅

Sainz if not careful could burn all the best chances if waiting for RB and does not get it. if you are a racing fan and not watch current motogp what are you even doing? the racing is amazing at the moment in all 3 classes i love f1 but when it comes to exitment motogp is far supeior atm i hope f1 will be at least half as good as morogp in 2026 but my hopes are small ^^
Why do they do these upgrades??? They plan them at the time they make the cars? Just make the car the best it can be from day one .....
They do it in bits for a few reasons, but a big one is if the initial design concept is off in some aspect, they can alter the build as it goes through the season.
Think of it like cancer care. If you discovered something better, would you be happy holding it back? No.
Why in the world would Red Bull after they fulfilled all requirements in the contract let Newey not fulfill his non competitive clause? Why?

Adrian does not leave. Moving to Italy will be a good reason for Adrian to stay at home with Red Bull. This will end up with Adrian becoming more wealthy with a major increase in his salary and other perks.

Carlos needs to ask for a 5 year contract with Audi, and it's settled. 3 years wouldn't be too great so therefore 5 years would be a much better outcome for him. In RB he would be the guaranteed nr. 2 and always at in fear about loosing his seat. We all know how RB treats their drivers

Where was that report that his wife "...refuses to move"? Last I heard, she liked a tweet on X, which basically referred to some chit-chat about some thoughts (if I remember correctly), about / or, if her husband joined Ferrari.
On a more serious note, though ... They don't have small kids and lots of British couples at retiring age have purchased homes in other parts of Europe.
Sure, Newey supposedly already has another home, *thousands* of miles away, in South Africa.
However, apart from the above thoughts, I'm currently taking everything about this subject as rumour. We'll ALL know, at some point, what plays out. Staying at RB, retiring / taking a long break, or considering joining another team.
It's bound to be one of the above.
