Thank you for sharing your experience. I was able to raise Dwarf Rainbowfish too, got free eggs that piggybacked on a clump of java fern I bought. Now started on Medaka too, able to hatch Orange Lame, but only 7 out of 30 eggs.
So cool that they still hatched after going through such a long, rough journey through the import and delivery system. Good luck and success in the raising process.
Looking forward to an update. I tried nothobranchius rachovii eggs but none of the hatched babies made it. I have a feeling it was due to the water temperature though
You like a mad scientist with test tubes and beakers all over the place. All you need now is a Igor. You should start brushing up on your "IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE! MWH-HAHAHA!!!"
I live in the UK. Can you give me the link to buy some from Spain? I'd appreciate that. I hatched some from Medaka UK and have learned a lot about how to keep them alive. Sadly, I had to lose some a they are so fragile. Also what is you ratio of Methylene Blue to water? Thanks.
I just found two Rice Fish in Gloucestershire, England, the last two the Aquatic Habitat had. This is July 2020 during the slowing of shippments from Europe. I am over the moon that my female just started laying about 6 eggs per day and I am harvesting them once she rubs them off her belly. As of yet I don't know if they are properly fertilized. The male does spin about the female and I hope that is what he is doing. The first were layed 4 days ago. No sign of hatching yet. Wondering how long I have to wait. These little fish have so much personality and love to chase mosquito larva that I give them daily.

That's so cool. It would be so rewarding to take the killi fish right through their whole life cycle.
Those tiny babies are so cute!
Wow how cool is this!!!! Those last ones hatched fast.
I want a update already, but yeah a cool upload and thanks for shareing.

Me too, are they legal in the EU, or does anyone know any infromtaion about that? If I order from aquabid within the EU it should be okay?
