I show "mulberries" in my next video.😉😁 The "raspberries", while still red in color, will definitely cause the "pucker-up" lemon face!😂 Thanks for the comment!❤😊
Just as long as one's timing is right. This year's berries took me by surprise as they are ripening sooner than in times past. I have other springtime harvesting to do yet with some experimenting to boot with the wild weeds, herbs, roots and whatnot. I'm going to give a try with herbal relief through the stinging nettle plants, which will be a first. Sassafrass roots and sumac buds for tea is also on the menu. I think it's still early enough in the season for my first trial test of pine needle tea. If I don't like it, I'll just "pitch" it out.😉😂 I'll be making my "tubing" rounds again soon and I'll be attempting to catch up a bit with your channels and their content. Take care and have a great one! Thank you for watching and commenting!😊
@@skywiseobservations7118 I'm after edible fungi at present and the conditions and temps are all over the place with extremes every second day. All designed to upset food crops but everything else suffers. Got plaintains, dandelion, dock, thistles and others popping up now like it's spring so the greens are there in winter I suppose but it's messing with the mushrooms. Nettles are nearly non-existent anywhere except in rare sheltered cases. Get what you can while we can I reckon and dry plenty of herbs for tea. Cleevers is a nice one.

Those aluminum particles are doing their job! Everybody has had their cups-to-go in hand for years now and nobody seems to get it. Unbelievable that they are now having to market a daily rehydration product for your bodies survival. 🤦😡 Even though morels are always the most harvested wild fungi around here, I've never been big on shrooming because of all the hype. I must say that with this year's climate, and the way it has been, it has all kinds of fungi currently popping up everywhere. Ok. 'Nuff said for now! Take care and thanks!👍😊
@skywiseobservations7118 they look better black than red 🤣we only get them red here and they are quite bitter I do love a blackberry crumble bet these would taste lovely in one too. Thanks for sharing your berries and also giving me the knowledge that they are eaten darker than just red else where in the world 😊
lol My hands and mouth would get stained purple eating these as a kid. We called them Mulberries and I made a few tarty pies years ago 😁
