A really smart program, explained well, in detail, step by step, as a like it. Perfect, thanks a lot. Only, the program is not truly helpful for the problem which I usually have. For all modules my dedicated settings / bindings for joystick, throttle and rudder are saved in the Saved Games / Config folder. When reinstalling DCS or installing it on a new HD / SSD in the same PC, I can simply copy this Saved Games / Config folder to the new installation. Fine and easy - so far. BUT . . .then all my settings/bindings for joystick, throttle and rudder do not work - simpyl because the ID's assigned by Windows have changed during the new installation. As consequence, I have to re-enter the new ID's for Joystick, Throttel and Rudder for each module one by one. Here is an example (for the joystick), it shows how complex an control ID is: {3302ED80-7CCA-11eb-8007-444553540000}. Although this can be done by copy and paste, it is very tedious. In short: The program is certainly helpful if you are making the control settings for many modules for the first time. In my case all settings / bindings for each individual module have already been done and are securely saved. In the case of a new installation I may use these config data, but I have to enter the new system IDs. Is there any smart solution just modifying the Windows ID's only, with the aid of JoyPro?

I recently saw a video about something called 4x32 mode for Winwing. As I understand, It is supposed to allow for more buttons to be recognized in DCS. Will this software work if the 4x32 option is enabled in the Winwing software?
Interesting program considering setting up controls and keybinds is always a struggle. Is there any possibility one might be able to do modifier function with this program?
No matter what export type I use , joypro binds default bindings to Mi-8 and Ka-50. For example If I bind Button 1 to trimmer button, it binds Button 1 to radio trigger which is default and when you press Button 1 in controls menu it jumps from radio trigger to trimmer button every time you press the button. Hat switches simply don't respond well also, they bind themselves to moving external light and you can't do anything about it. I tried exporting empty list to clear the controls but it did not clean it, it put defaults-even with nuke option, or other merge options. I tried deleting DCS folder in save games, and then used joypro to clear controls, same thing happens. So weird!

Can't open template Johnny, get message cannot open as archive ,extracted it to joypro folder with 7 zip but when I double click It gives me a list of apps to open it with ?
you must extract joy pro, from the zip folder. nothing can be loaded if you run the program from within the zip. extract the joypro contents anywhere, and download or copy the template folder into the same folder (not nescesary). open RELATIONS. the johnnz template is not a profile file, it is a RL or relations file.

I believe I did everything correct according to the video but The template is in explrer format and when I clik it I get the warning I clik allow and open but nothing happens
template does not have any app associated with it so it should not have any format, just the ".rl". the template file has to be opened within the JOYPRO app by clicking "load relations" and selecting the template file from there, from the running app itself. click on "load relations" in the running joypro app and select the template file "template_johnny.rl" .
sure, in dcs world, go to setup, goto the aircraft you want, and there, go to AXIS. say you want to slew the targeting pod with the mini stick. look for the corresponding command .... it will have "horizontal" and "vertical". press the mini stick left and right for horizontal (x axis), and up and down for vertical (y axis). and in the JOYPRO program, the app SHOULD detect the ministick axis when you move it when assigning a command with an axis ! good luck
yeeii tocayoooo...... no need for xbox controller profile. Open a normal template and simply bind your xbox controller stuff to that template, then you can save it as your profile. easy peasy because JOYPRO RULES XD

i do believe so. the newest versions of this app does allow to set modifiers
