If ya'll buy an account, I highly suggest finding a seller that is willing to transfer OTP phone verification to your own cell phone!
To change the recovery number, a Korean phone carrier and number have to be selected

It depends on where you get the account. Some accounts are permanent and some are trials, but the listing should specify.

If you can't add a phone number, you should be prompted when launching the game. Just be sure to use your VPN!

Again, you do have to use a VPN. During install and setup, you want to ensure that the client sees you as being in south korea.
