I know I’m an idiot but not sure how you are activating the position key frames (stopwatches) on the puppet pins. Your tutorials could use narration. Otherwise it’s pretty cool. Even better if I can get something to work out of it😁

You are not idiot. When you don't understand, you have to ask, which is the best way to know. But my English is not good, so sometimes I don't really understand your question. Where is your question in the video? 2:58 or elsewhere. When you insert a pin, the position of that pin will be saved as a keyframe. Just press "U" to see it.
