Hi Joel! Weightlifting house barbell has just been in stock again. I'm weightlifting for hobby and I always wanted to built a garage gym. So I'm looking for my first barbell. It seems to be a decent one. After a year and so having this barbell, do you think it's gonna be a good choice for me? Thank you and keep doing your awesome work!
Hi Joel, just picked this up and your review was very helpful. What would you suggest for cleaning? Same as for an Ohio bar, so barshield and a nylon brush?
Great review as always. I’m looking to purchase a barbell for home to practice movements. I will only put 1 plate on it for practice purposes. What’s a sufficient bar that won’t break the bank?
Danny Pimienta I guess it really wouldn’t matter if you were going super light either but just in case you decide to get into it more, you’ll have a better spinning bar.

Will you be reviewing the Texas all American bar?
Brendan Spencer first time I’ve heard of it, but I will look into it!
David Booker I love all kinds of barbells, I’m trying to figure if it’s in stock or not
Would you go for this bar or the American Barbell Performance training bar for a home gym?

I would probably go with the Wright 3B bearing barbell, goes for $210 shipped!
As Many Reviews As Possible Thanks, checking it out now. I see Bushing is $189 and Bearing is $199. Is Bushing ok or Bearing preferred?
Danny Pimienta I would spend the 10 bucks and get the bearing version unless you’re planning on going heavy into powerlifting
As Many Reviews As Possible thanks again. No heavy, just one plate max to practice form for Oly movements.

Thanks for your review. What do u mean by fast bar / slow bar exactly ? I didn’t realise that was a thing. Thanks in advance for your response
Basically how free or non free spinning the shaft rotates inside the sleeves of a barbell.
Another branded off-the-shelf Chinese barbell? That market is over-saturated already.
